Rostyslav Olegovych Yatsun Nutritionist Diet from a Nutritionist

In the second photo, you can see how my weight has been dropping month by month, while my training regimen hasn’t changed for years. I train 3 hours a week—that’s how it was and how it will be. My body composition changed exclusively due to a slightly modified diet. I was dropping 200-300 grams a week to keep it completely stress-free.
It’s the perfect time to repeat the postulate: “NUTRITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BODY WEIGHT, TRAINING FOR MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT.”

And by the way, just last week I was going to the gym 5 times a week. I simply started my workdays with a workout and left the weekends as rest days.
Starting this Monday, to make it more “acceptable” for the audience (and to destroy the chance of using the excuse: “He LIVES IN THE GYM, that’s why he looks like that! I can’t go that often. I have a cat at home”), I am doing the exact same volume of work, only now divided into 3 days. Meaning the number of exercises, sets, and the total time (3 hours a week) dedicated to training remains unchanged. The same workload in three gym visits instead of five.
