RosFit Italy Diet from a Nutritionist

It’s not profitable for me to write this post, but the truth is more appealing than profit, so let’s talk about stimulants.
I wake up every morning before my alarm goes off, and considering it wasn’t always this way, I can confidently say that the problem of having no energy was hiding in caffeine consumption. Oops. With one sentence, I just cut off my path to “working” with every brand in the world, because they get the lion’s share of their revenue from addictions. So, caffeine, like any other stimulant, DOES NOT GIVE YOU ENERGY! The energy is already inside you; stimulants simply “force your eyes to stay open.” The energy is already in you, but caffeine excites your nervous system, and for the next 6-12 hours, you’re “moving” even when you shouldn’t be, thereby exhausting your nervous system and wasting energy for nothing. If you throw stimulants out of your life, the energy won’t disappear—it will simply become controlled based on NECESSITY. Your heart isn’t “constantly” pounding—it beats faster when you decide to act, and slows down when YOU decide to brake and see what’s going on. And that is exactly why your overall energy reserve gets larger. At the same time, “evening depression” disappears because your nervous system is NO LONGER EXHAUSTED; it reacted to situations only when necessary (e.g., a critical situation, physical load) instead of just constantly “burning.”

I know people will even unfollow me after this post. It’s hard for an addict to face the solution to their problem because then they have to take action. There have been times when people lost their minds just because I stated this, without any call to action. But I care very little about that, because in my head it all sounds simple: “I am a good person with a purely sincere intention to help, and I base everything on observations and facts.”

The solution is simple: drink decaf coffee, decaf tea, and forget about cola.
A couple of weeks and you are free from addiction, heavy emotional crashes, you have better control over your body and mind, and finally, that so-called “motivation” will appear.
