It’s not “starting” that is hard; what’s hard is living with the side effects of never having started. It is hard to wake up, hard to focus, hard to be active; mood swings, skin, nail, and hair issues, general well-being — all of this depends on your diet. And every time I think about eating “whatever,” I remember how I will feel, and the desire disappears immediately. Essentially, simply not harming myself has been my main motivation for the last 14 years. And I assure you, life is easier with three balanced and tasty meals a day than without them.
