I eat nothing and I’m not losing weight

First of all, it’s because of the misunderstanding that the volume of food is not an indicator; very often, a person underestimates their diet. 100 grams of almonds are equivalent in calories to 4 kilograms of cucumbers. Let’s use our imagination and mentally try to eat a pot of cucumbers—it’s difficult! Now imagine eating a handful of nuts—it’s easy. Secondly, a person who is overweight is psychologically prone to not noticing how much they actually eat. Try to write down everything you ate and drank during the day. Absolutely everything, including small snacks like “I haven’t tried this candy yet,” “just a few slices of cheese,” “one small cappuccino”… You will be surprised at what a cruel game your mind is playing with you. And this is the main reason why your diet should be planned in advance. You know what you are going to eat, and anything outside of that plan doesn’t go into your mouth.
