Yatsun Trainer Personal Nutrition Plan

We all try to neatly divide food into “bad” and “good,” but is that really how it works? Avocado is naturally very “good,” but if you eat 5 of them a day—expect to gain extra weight. You can eat cucumbers by the bucket—you won’t gain weight, but there’s not much nutritional value in them either. Chicken breast is considered so-o-o “diet-friendly,” but if you eat too much of it, it puts a “strain” on your kidneys. They say “pork is evil,” causing cholesterol problems. But your body uses those exact same pork fats to create hormones. So is there such a thing as “healthy” / “unhealthy” if we take everything to an absolute? No. Everything is poison, everything is medicine; the dose determines both.
